We offer a variety of classes to meet your fitness and financial needs. Private through Group Training are all performed on Pilates Apparatus - spring based equipment, providing effective resistance training. All classes are 55 minutes in duration, unless otherwise specified.
Private - one on one instruction, providing focused attention to the client's needs and goals. We require 5 Privates before progressing to group classes.
Semi-Private and Group - These are shared sessions between clients (Semi-Private: 2 clients; Group: 3 to 5 clients).
Pilates Combo - This class provides an affordable way to bridge the gap between Mat and Apparatus. The first half of the class is dedicated to Mat exercises. The second half will take you into the Apparatus challenge.
Mat - This is a non-apparatus group class using Pilates exercises to get a whole body workout.
Jumpboard - Take your Pilates workout to the next step while getting a cardio workout at the same time. This low impact aerobic exercise will invigorate you, increase endurance, and help increase your cardiovascular fitness. Some previous Pilates apparatus experience required.
Stability Ball Class - Challenge yourself in this class using the big stability ball with Pilates-inspired exercises. The tendency of the ball to wobble can be used to work the deep stabilizer muscles, and can make an exercise more challenging. The ball can also be used to offer support, making a difficult exercise more manageable. Strengthen your core muscles, and improve your balance -- and have fun all the while!
